Well, the male is looking now that he has colored up better that his green is more a metallic green.
She is a turq.
He is marble, with yellow.
If she doesn't carry yellow, you might get green/red multi marbles in the F1. If she does, you might get some fry that look like daddy, or like mommy, but with yellow wash.
You will get marbles, and the fry from those two will probably run the gammut of green color. You might even get some copper in there.
MIGHT.
You have to remember, we don't know the genetics of the male, (maybe even the female). So looking at them, it is hard to guess what you are going to get. We know what we SEE, but that doesn't tell us what is hidden.
I know someone that bred two turqs and got a melano, because way back, there was some melano in the pedigree.

and if you get a melano girl she will most likely be sterile. did some reading on the web and it said most melano girls are sterile

I highly doubt either of them carry melano, that was just as example of what genetic suprises these bettas come up with.
Though I ill say, if you have a melano looking female from ametallic background, if she shoes even one scale of copper, try her.
That is what V.Parnell said with her super blacks, which were copper/melano crossed.

I think he is a royal blue pastel metallic which makes that "teal" color. I think the "yellow" you see is the metallic. Metallic is a yellow iridescent. He might also be marble, but it's hard to tell. It's hard to tell about the female, but I think she is steel blue. If this is true you will get teals and coppers.

Awesome assessment Rich. Simple and to the point, great observation. I would have vacillated back and forth on it. I believe you're correct though.
Like I'm telling you something. HA!

Oh, I forgot to mention; the reason I agree on the Blue on that male is I see this color in the offspring between my Royal BF X the Black Copper female so it makes sense that this green comes from that type of pairing. I've seen it others places that royal and metallic were crossed.

This is a dark bodied royal blue metallic. It's the color that comes from covering royal blue with metallic iridescent.

that is the way he looks the color but marble just like my old delta

He could very well be a marble. In the pictures it looks like the "old" iridescent is marbled, but the metallic isn't. Does he look like that in person ?

when i look @ him from a distance it is the kind of shine that catches your eye on all of his body including where the marble is but up close i cant see it looks worn kinda but not completely worn only certain parts on him
