yeah mee too it is in stage 3 now :Y eggs i see but dont know if daddy betta ate them or not as my hubby distracted me :chair but fem still filled with eggs so guess i will find out if he is a egg eater or not

Yeah, for the fish to be in crappy conditions, they are pretty nice.
I have to get there and get pics of the KOI, all I can say is :WOW WOW when it comes to the koi.
But the bettas make you want to cry.
That is why it took us about 2 hours to pick through them, find the better quality ones, and then pic what might work best from them.
We tried to get ones that would likely survive as well, but the feathertail died.
Coconut Lime is doing great though.

Well, the bad news is that he munched.
So she tried him with the giant, and he kept slipping off the wrap, stunning himself. She got to here she was dropping eggs, but being new, Jill thought that they couldn't have been fertile, so she set them up again.
That was the last news I had on Sunday, when I dropped her off a bottle of VEs.

Male not big enough :huh: sounds exactly like prince and sugarpie and it is frustrating as a newbie to see them Spawning and then he slips off, I was so disappointed becuase its hard enough just to get them in the mood to wrap. :OPPS: Sorry.

Yeah, but I say all is not lost, because if the male spills his milt, then some eggs might get fertilized.

thats why if she drops her eggs this time i'm just going to leave them be if they get fertilised they do if not then i just do wait another 2 weeks after conditioning them do it again yeah it is frustrating to see that happen but least he is getting experience :OO but i have to also say this the fem giant is sub not aggressive at him never even attacked him but i think what I might do is watch closely if it becomes successful i might just leave the mommy in there for his egg munching history see how that goes I think she would be a good mommy betta :)
