I have never bought overseas before, and am thinking about it. However, I feel like I don't know enough about quality since it has been so long.
This is why I am asking anyone that has done overseas transactions and got good quality fish, to please list or PM me the breeder or the ebay name to look for. (never used aquabid is it the same?)

On ebay, selfservice has been my secret!!! He's the guy that I have gotten most of my fish from. From the U.S. of A., Ani Pahlawanian is really nice to work with, I have two cute STB females off of her, and she gave me a choice of what I wanted after I told her what I was looking for, and she sent me an extra fish just to make sure I got atleast one of what I wanted, and sent me pics of the males from the same spawn. I have her email if you want to get a hold of her.
And if you go to buyer seller resource link (it's in the classified section, under "Adoption" and above "Arts and Crafts Sales"), people have posted there the different sellers that they have had luck with.
If you need any help, just give a holler! RC and I are close enough, and if you need help, either email me or PM me.

Ani's bettas are AMAZING and she is in the U.S., so if you want to get good fish here in the U.S., look to her. :)

:) that is part of my problem, deciding on a color...
As a possible help, I prefer the dark bodied fish. Like the royal blues, purple (rare I know).
I like some of the MG I see the dark with yellow.
If patterned I like the BF.
Fins I prefer the HM type, I like some crowntails, but that almost always is according to a particular fish's look as opposed to liking CT as a whole.
Don't know if that is helpful, but it is all I know myself at this point. :huh: I usually like to see a fish and go "oh, I like that one!" I know, that isn't at all helpful. ;)

Then go to aquabid and pick the bettas you want now. They are plenty of bettas in your choice right now as I can see. Some are very unique colors too in halfmoon. ;) Then you can ask the breeder can it send it to wildmagiclady on march 25. ^_^

Thanks Yeevia, I actually have been talking with Wild, now I'm just trying to narrow down what I want to get from her, but I'm slowly getting there! LOL
