Here are some pictures of Rocky that I took today. No flaring though because he is in the spawn tank and I don't want to get him so "excited" that he will eat all of his fry. :)




I've also discovered that I LOVE marbles. I love waking up, feeding Rocky, and seeing that his coloring has changed a little bit overnight. It keeps things interesting.

I can see that he got a hump back. :P

Well geez. I didn't ask for a critique. I already know you don't like him Yeevs. lol I have known that since I first laid eyes on his auction.

congrats on the fry mumu i had no luck lately there spawning just fine but the males seem to want to eat the dang eggs and apparently muggsbrother wanted his fry for breakfast the other morningso the last spawn iposted was a failure as well i blame myself on that one shoulda took him out i just figured they mite inherit there dads good parenting lol *** not *** i put the fish in i got from cam last nite and they spawned all day today the poor lil fellow wasnt big enough to wrap his sis yet he tried all morning and only managed to get 15 eggs released and started to get fed up and he went and hid and wasnt watching the nest his sis actually started tending the eggs not eating them she was still in submissive mode so i put in 454 muggs dad proud father of many fry and a good dad looks like he is gonna finish off the breeding of my awsome lil royal fem ill keep ya posted on this lil experiment im watching it closely as i dont want her to get killed from over exaustion so who knows maybe we will have a nest full of eggs to get tended in a few hours. :T

Well, I think Rocky is a handsome little fellow! He seems to like the camera. Oh ya, you're really good with the camera. It looks like he's putting on more blue.

Yes, he is getting more blue and also has that opaque stripe going down his side.
