Usually when I create art... I would tend to think I'll do my best...but eventually I start to rush what ever im doing and be like half done by 30mins or so. Then I am unsatisfield and well i stop.....

I really want to spend time to actually make something that will be really nice I know I can..... I just haven't done any paintings drawings in awhile and now currently when I try, well..... it just turns out to be rushed and bad

anyone got some tips ? or any1 have the same problem as me? lol

You might go to Barnes & nobles and go to the art section. You can find some great art books showing you how to start drawing. Step by step and sure it will guide you how to do it fun and right way.
Since you love art, go for it and sure you will find your way to have fun while doing art.
I think you focus on one area too long and forgot about the space and other area. Negative space play a very important rule to the positive image. They both have to go harmony, balance and interaction with each other. Also you need to know what is line, shape, value and shading. Then shadow and light. So on. ;)

Great starting.
Remember. You are adding lines as value to creating 3 dimensional form. Not just put it there. Line stroke is very important how you build them up. :)
