Yeevs, It's going haven't had much betta news lately, been into Killifish :D and no, did not pay $60+ for my pair, I'm far too poor for that one. I have some CTPK that I can cross to this new guy/girl too :D should be fun, this guy should throw a bunch of fun stuff.

I saw one purple gas mustard crowntail that looks very pretty in petco. He got 4 rays. I wish he is a 2 rays. ^_^

Some looked like CTPK, some didn't.. as per usualy in a CTPK batch. I have a good copper male left that I may cross to this pair. And we are hoping to make it to convention, we will have to see if we have any money left too :D

In your experiment, how many true ctpk you can get in a batch? How are the others look like? How many rays are those? The color wise what are they? Actually how many you got in a batch? ^_^

Even if you don't get CTPK 'til F2, I say it would still be worth it! There are not many solid CTPKs (though I've seen a few opaque whites), so I'm sure there'll be a big market for them.

Yes, F2 you should get CTHMPK. :) Makesure to get the shortest fins pair to breed.
For CTHMPK, I really prefer 2 rays. Just my taste since their tail is short. The rays are more sharper. ^_^

Yes. Actually, I got a pair of Opaque PKCT in my import shipment. I just breed the male to a Blue HMPK female I have.
