Located below the oasis, water dripping from the ceiling forms this large underground lake. This area is warm and moist, causing a vast amount of foliage to grow about the lake's edges.

Worn by years worth of pawsteps, these large tunnels link to the main room underground. They are the most traveled upon in the entire network.

` the main cavern
This is the big cavern where everything below ground used to be held. Now it is more of a nice congregating place, being very large and cool with a decent amount of foliage and not too terribly moist or muggy.

The brightest tunnels in the underground network, these branches travel deeper into The Niche than any others discovered. Large holes let the light in, and occasionally you may find big holes where the ground was weakened and a wolf fell through.

` heaven's eyeglass
This is the largest discovered room. Heaven's Eyeglass is a beautiful area with scattered palm trees and pure white sand. Near the top of the cavern is a giant hole where wolves can gaze into the sky outside. As much as this room is beautiful, it holds a harsh history, for many of the kidnapped wolves who were once trapped here drove themselves to death with their madness and starvation for the patch of sky.

This odd desert oasis is what sustains life for the wolves. The majority of them gather here, coming to drink out of its clean, clear water. Its large size can support a bigger population and, being the only water source for miles on end, is the best relief for cooling off from the hot desert sun.

` firefly grove
This is a small, shady area that lies just beyond the oasis. Large cacti and small shrubs grow plentifully from the sand and dirt earth. Here you find all matter of insects and oftentimes birds who nest inside the cacti. At night time, it is known for the fireflies that come out and create a soft star-like glow.

` rainbow crater
Farther away from the oasis is this large crater. Appearing as a massive imprint in the sand, no one really knows why or how it came here. This area has a strange and mesmerizing pull to it that will draw in any passerby. The sand here is multi-colored, but only in the deep bowl-like print. What could it be?

Just a ways away from Sarabi's territory, this area is marked by a large crack in the earth known to the wolves as The Abyss. No one knows for sure how deep it goes nor what's down there, yet it tends to frighten wolves with its odd and eerie aura.

` sarabi's cavern
This rock face lies a mile away from the oasis. Here, within this tan and orange cliff, the gypsy wolf Sarabi has made her home. Wolves come here primarily to trade nicors for supernatural powers and features, occasionally even just to talk to Sarabi. Many would not consider this cavern a big enough or desirable home. Nonetheless, with her own small and personal water source along with the cavern's privacy, Sarabi quite likes it here.
