I could see O'Grady at 174 as he beat Skala last year and than put Skala at 184, Munklewitz at 197 and Kahnke at HWT. Otherwise I think we might see Kahnke at 197 instead of Berg

I believe the only weights that are goofed up are 197 and 184 Kahnke will be a HWT part of why he transferred, also might be a clue that they brought in a former National Champ that was also a small HWT.....
Munklewitz will be 197 and Berg and Schumm will battle for 184, Skala will be 174 but will be a battle all year long

The former national champ is Cy Wainwright who is the new hwt coach. He won D2 last year at hwt. Beat Wilson 8-0 in semi-finals.
SCSU has a real nice coaching staff now from lower to upper weights.
Rogers probably gets 149 again but will have good competition.
Litch probably isn't going to beat Suarez out at 141.
Don't think O'Grady will beat Skala who is returning AA at 174.
Would be nice to get O'Grady in the line-up somewhere.
Doubt Kahke goes 197 since he wants to go hwt.
My question is what weights some of the guys will be at?
Harold 125/133?
Litch 133/141?
O'Grady 174/184?
Munkelwitz 184/197?

this will most likely be a real barn burner! probably come down to which team gets some precious bonus points. which team has the more offensive minded wrestlers? any of them real pinners?
Whoa Nellie - September 24, 2009 06:55 PM (GMT)
I believe Merritt is a big pinner at 165. I don't see Wilson getting a fall a hwt, but should win a big match.

Somebody emailed me about him a couple weeks ago and said he's not that big...I think they said he could probably still make 133 even.

Last time I saw him (over a year ago) I thought he was pretty tall, though he is fine boned and has always been very lean. I thought then that his frame could end up being a 149 er, but I'm not sure what kind of muscle mass he has gained over the last couple of years. I look forward to watching him wrestle this year.

SCSU will be a Dark horse in DII this year. I am looking for a big year to come from them and there Coaching Staff.
