Well...it took me a while to write this as I have a certain aversion to write down/make forum rules...

But it must be...so here are some...


1] Post in English, not Chinese, Japanese, or any other language. It is stated in #3 of Invisionfree's Terms of Service.(I know, I know..I broke the rules once be posting an article in my mother language...but, we are not allowed to do so)
2] No cussing or dissing of anyone. Do it in PM. And no swear words as well in general.
3] No discouraging of other members. We're all friends here.
4] No spamming meaning no one-word posts. Spamming also means do not make more than 50 posts in one day, and replying in every single thread in a whole subforum. -.-
5] No double posts meaning refrain from making one post after another.
6] No duplicate threads meaning don't post the same topic more than once.

Follow and you're safe. Violate and you could get banned. :angry: :lol:


We encourage all members to post more, but with posts that take more than 3 seconds to type. We hope to see posts that discuss your thoughts on news articles, pics, downloads, etc. Please also remember that the person who started the thread has shared something with everyone. And it can be pretty disappointing for them if no one bothers to reply.

A forum is only as good as what you put into it. If you don’t bother to make the effort to post, discuss and get involved, no one else is going to bother either. We hope to see more members making the effort to share their thoughts and post around the forum.

Also a short note on CREDITS. Everything you post in SimplyTK from other sites must have credits and sources. And if you ever take ANYTHING out of this forum, whether you’re reuploading for another forum or copying something, SimplyTK MUST be in your credits too.
If you want to use material that has been created, translated, scaned and uploaded by our members you must ask for their permission to repost it.

And a little reminder...there are hidden features in this forum, for example the multimedia and the news thread. I plan to "close" more sub-forms for guests. You have to become a member to view them.


And two other things that I don't want to read in this forum...believe me, I have my reasons...
PLEASE DON'T ASK THE FOLLWING QUESTIONS.
1. Did TK have an eyelid surgery?
We already discussed it all at the old forum...and we came to the conclusion, after posting and comparing pics ...no, we don't think so. I may sound fanzine-like but...no further discussion on that matter...if you want to discuss it, please join the forum at ImdB. Not here!
2. Is he gay?
How should we know? He himself says "no"...discussing it would be useless...and it's none of our business. Did I already mention the ImbB forum? Please join them and talk about that endlessly. Not here!

Let me add something:
Of course all the stuff that I post is taken from other sites. Thre is no other choice since we don't get any information in that parts of the world most of our members are coming from. I'm very very thankful for that.

I just wanted to stress that ALL translations in this forum are exclusive. Please contact the respective members and ask them if you may use their work on other sites.

Scans are mostly taken from certain Japanese and Chinese sites. I always give them credits but I won't share the links since I don't want to endanger the ones who scan and upload them.
But from my own experience I can say...it may not be creative, but it is still some kind of work to buy the mags, to scan, edit and to upload them. This takes some time, effort and dedication. Those scans don't belong to anyone else than the publisher or the photographer so we can't claim the rights for them. That's why I won't put a SimplyTK signature on each scan.
I didn't make most of them, and even to the ones I made...they are not my intellectual property.
I'm fully aware of that fact.

But it is just plain and simply courtesy to write where you have found the pics. So if you really want to take a scan from this forum and you see that I have written "credits to XYZ" take this and add it to the picture. You don't have to mention SimplyTK. We are just users, not creators...don't become an exploiter.

YouTube clips don't need any credits since a simple click on the link will show us who uploaded it. Taking self-created Tube clips and uploading them to your account without giving credits to the one who made it is not nice.

So if you want to take self-created stuff ...ask the creators, translators etc.
Ask for permission to repost.
If you want to repost stuff we have found somewhere else give at least credits to the one who provided it FIRST....not necessarily to SimplyTK.

Yes, yutaka_gr and me share the same opinion and we basically wrote the same.

Don't take away stuff made originally by our members like self-made clips and gifs or translations.
If you want to do so please ask the respective member.
If they agree give them credits....each translation has a red "credits to..." line that you should copy and paste to your website.

If you take the magazine scans don't credit SimplyTK unless I made the scans (scans without credits are made by me). Credit the one who scanned it...for example shokaturyou, rainbowmama, teacup.irene, takeshikaneshiro.net+members name if available.
