More news on Cannes...all main actors will attend the presscon on May 19th (somewhere in the morning hours MET)...although it won't be easy with all their busy schedules says Red Cliff producer Zhang Jin... (and he should know, huh? ;) )

Ah, the one post by Shreyda (sp? sorry if it's wrong =/) regarding TK being in the forefront of the picture (the guy holding the mic etc.) I was actually waiting for someone to say that... but then again, a lot of Japanese guys have long hair (I'm assuming the crew-members are Japanese since the movie is a Japanese movie... but I could be wrong.)

And regarding Miki's new avatar... I only see the old one. Did you change it back?!

Actually th3tk is right, I was talking bout the guy with the mike. Its not so much his hair, but more the way he is standing- that's such a TK stance.

Tomorrow should be the premiere of "Sweet Rain" in Taiwan...I wonder if he will attend... although I read somewhere else it has been postponed, new date should be the 30th...so if you don't see anything regarding this tomorrow you know what it means.

...and yes...this was the last day of shooting in in Shanghai and in general after almost 80 days of production... :( ...but it has been a very cute and efficient idea to post those mobile phone pics at the ROBOT blog...hope we'll see some more once in a while (maybe from the Taiwanese premiere on March 30th)...

Sad news for us Europeans...read on Dolphin that TK won't come to Cannes...his management said that he will be working at that time on another project.

This link above says that Tony and his gf Carina Lau will attend, TK will be shooting "Waiting" with Peter Chan in May...the article also mentions Ziyi Zhang, although I read somewhere else that she dropped the project. ImdB lists "Waiting" as work in progress although I read last year that Chan was quoted wanting a break after the tiring work on Warlords.

OK...now we know... :( ....I think that's OK...but I begin to worry a bit about TK...I mean, we all are happy to see so much of him on screen...but the last 18 months must have been quite hard for him. The days he didn't spend on movie sets he worked on commercials or promotion events for his movies. Even now, after finishing his work on K-20 he will work on new commercials this month.
He looks so tired... :( ...it has been a while since I last saw him in my basement...

I agree with you Miki, practically since Confession of Pain, he doesn't have a moment of relax, and specially this summer he looked very tired on the pictures. :(

As much as we want to watch him on the screen the fact is that I think Kaneshiro-san should take some rest or they have to take him to the stretcher: hospital, and we don't want to, do we? Take care baby!!! :heart:

Wonder why he's taking on so many projects in contrast to before when he only worked on one film per year. Alimony payments perhaps?! Just joking.
