Aedre sighed as she heaved herself on to her bunk. She lay on her back, and arm over her eyes.

Everything hurt.

It was a few weeks into traing now, and Aedre was adjusting to thge life of a Rider, despite her body`s protests.

A smile tugged at her lips, her fellow trainees were an intresting bunch, she was enjoying their company, and looking forward to serving with them one day.

Footsteps caugh her attention. She rolled to her belly, and peered around her bunk.
