For the people doing applications, you can accept people as long as two of you agree that the app is acceptable. Once they are accepted, you can tell them that they are allowed to play; I'll move the accepted applications when I get back.

EDIT: I'm back, and applications are pretty much up to date. I've posted a new staff list in the 'Reference' forum under 'Fundamentals.' Please let me know if you find any mistakes. I should be able to focus more on the game now.
