My name is Jamie Im from south florida. Got into nascar literally on february 11th, 2004 after I saw the VH1 driven: Dale earnhardt jr. episode (which made me cry) I didnt take much notice of it but then I was flipping through the channels on feb 14th and came across the busch race and started watching it and thought hey this is pretty interesting so I watched it and dale jr won and I was instantly drawn to the sport and him. So that night I went online and read sooo much about nascar and printed out the schedule and watched every single race that season and then got hooked on the busch series and martin truex jr that summer and it is really strange because Im the only nascar fan in my house so I resort to the internet as my nascar connection and find forums like this to discuss my addiction. I have always been a fan fiction reader and am excited about getting to know you all and reading the stories you all have to offer. I found this site through

My new favorite day is Sunday July 10, 2005 because as all of you should know and remember that is the day Dale jr won his first race of the 05' season @ chicagoland.

No im not a "dale jr is god and does no wrong" fan just a big fan who supports him. And I can give those dates for when I became a fan because I looked the air dates up the other day lol. And so far I love all the stories I have read on this board.
