i think there should be a test in order to become a member of this board.
yeah it may sound harsh, rude, and unessessary, but it might weed out the need for :DBR

There maybe some people that we wish did not come to this board, but I don't want to restrict membership.......
but if they constantly break the rules I will get rid of them.

Like I said, I am not going to restrict membership.
And what I was talking about is that we get a few at times that are just here to cause problems and I would like to not have that, but I'm not going to restrict membership to do it.
