EVERYBODY RECORD THEIR WEIGHT LOSS HERE!!!!! HOW MUCH CAN WE LOSE!!!!!!

I lost 40 lbs since October -- no special diet -- well I'll call it the night shift diet -- what an adjustment -- to be honest I hardly eat -- but my clothes fit better and going to smaller sizes -- Im going for it -- want to lose 30 more for June Pocono race

I lost 10 pounds since the last time i looked which about a month ago. yay!!!! now i must eat some chinese and gain that back. just kidding i exercised and i soo deserve it lol.

congrats everyone on your losses(tricky word to spell for me lol i didnt know if it was losses or loses, need to go to word and use spell check lol) I lost 3 pounds since last tuesday and 3 inches, it was 4 but i subtracted 1 cause i gained in the bust area*damn those things!* lol

I will have to weigh myself at work on Tuesday ... but Im sure Im down a few more - damn stomach bug could not keep anything down. I am glad Im losing but
I dont want to lose it this way. It's not healthy.
I hope to join WW at work in the beginning of March. I love WW I lost 50 lbs in the past gained it back for 4 years and then lost 40 when I started the new job.

wow, congratulations to you all that have lost so much! It isn't easy to lose weight, so that is very good work :)!!
I'm trying a new exercise routine myself--50 minutes of Windsor Pilates a day, and I'm trying to motivate myself to go for a walk/jog, since the weather here has been like spring for the past couple weeks. still working on that second one tho. I would love to lost 10-20 pounds, get in shape for bikini season.

I lost another 2.8 lbs this week!
And that was w/ two nights of drinking like a rockstar, pizza during the race and a bagel w/ cream cheese and butter at 4 AM, just to name a few of the things that made me think for sure that I would gain this week.
I am up to 6.2 in 2 weeks!!! :)
Oh! And I have an exrta incentive mow. In addition to by cruise in November, I am going to be in my friend's wedding in October.

I've dropped 25 pounds since Jan.
my exercise is:
swim for at least 30 mins or 1500 meters. depending on how i feel. (at least 3 times a week)
30 mins cardio on off swim days
yoga (try everyday for at least an hour)
and i quit eating bad foods.. yogurt in the morning with a small portion of granola on top.. and some fresh cut strawberries equals heaven.
it's a good snack inbetween meals too.

I eat that all the time...Yummy....I have no idea What I weigh.. We don't have a scale
But Hell I go to Publix's once a week I just need to weigh there..
All I ever do is Jog But I live on the Third Floor So those steps several times a day has to be good too.. :)

i was really heavy in middle school and those were not good years for me but high school totally was different and i loved high school! go SHAWNEE!!!!!!!!! but i;m startin to lose weight again but i just had a brownie with ice cream and hershey syrup so i need to do mad exercise tomorrow lol.

I try to walk alot, and do some yoga in the morning.
Not really any special diet, just not so much of cholate, that i love.

I went to WW today, and I stayed the same. At least I didn't gain!!! But I have lost 8 lbs in 4 weeks. Not too bad for me!
I decided that I want to be a runner. Anyone know how I would go about getting started? I think it woudl help me clear my mind and help me get in shape!

I need to lose like 5lbs or so..I feel like I'm getting a little belly or something and it's pissing me off even though everyone here insists that I'm not and that I'm at my right weight or whatever..psh..my cousin is the same height as me and weighs 15lbs less than I do..it's depressing.

i know my boss has had all the salad he can eat and the low carb dressing. he has lost 25 pounds. Although u don't want your stomach to get use to just salads!
