RK@KK Rules
Please be advised that, by joining this board you hereby agree to follow the rules. The administrators and moderators of this forum will use their best judgment in carrying out the intention of these rules. To that extent, you are a guest of the forum administrators and moderators and we reserve the final say in all situations. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in either the suspension or banning of your account at the disgretion of the moderators and administrators of these forums.
1. RESPECT. Give it, and you shall receive it. This applies to Members, Mediators, Moderators, Administrators, and drivers. We understand that life is not perfect. We all have opinions that others will not agree about. We at RK@KK encourage everyone to respect the opinions of others period. Failure to do so will result in consequences.
2. RESPECT each other’s right to privacy. Don’t go posting people’s personal information on the board. This includes information on members of the board, Mediators, Moderators, Administrators, drivers, and most importantly members of the Kahne family and their lives! TALK ABOUT KAHNE FAMILY MEMBERS SIGNIFICANT OTHERS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS RULE, IN OTHER WORDS DO IT AND THERE WILL BE DIRE CONSEQUENCES!!
3.If the link or information you want to post is illegal, offensive or otherwise inappropriate, DON’T POST IT. The ONLY exception to this rule is fan fics, which have their own rules that need to be abided by. These rules are posted in the Fan Fic portion of our board.
4. DON'T START RUMORS about other members, Mediators, Mods, Admins, or drivers. This isn’t middle school. This goes back to the RESPECT issue.
5. DO NOT use this site to strictly advertise your own personal site. You can advertise your site in your signature, but please, participate in discussions! The ONLY exception to this rule is

6. GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE. This includes graphics. If it's not yours, show your source by linking to the source.
7. You may have a banner in your signature, BUT it shall not be any bigger then 500x200. You can check yourself by left clicking your image to see the size, if you are still unsure please get with a Admin and they will help you. You are allowed to have a few SMALL banners also with your sig but keep it simple.
8. If you try to get into someplace you’re not supposed to be, expect consequences.
9. DO NOT IMPERSONATE OTHER MEMBERS. Not only is it rude, but also you will face banishment. This also applies if you are a previously banned member and using an un-banned members log in. Consequences will be rendered to both sides should this occur.
10. Don’t use this forum to KNOWINGLY distribute viruses, licenses, etc. that could potentially damage other peoples’ computers.
11. If you are asked to CEASE discussing a topic, via PM, email, or in a thread, please do so. If there is any problem, please see one of the mediation team to help resolve this conflict. Any and all conflicts that are brought to the mediation team will be handled in the best way possible to find an acquiescent solution. Failure to resolve a situation will be reported to the Mods/Admins of this board and their discretion will be used. Any and all members who chose not to cease and desist in any argument will be punished accordingly.
12. We here at RK@KK are here to show our support for Kasey Kahne. Though we do have forums for other drivers, WE ARE FIRST AND FOREMOST KASEY KAHNE FANS! That's why this board was created. If you are not a Kasey fan, please keep this in mind when posting. Any and all disrespect of Kasey Kahne and or his fans will be subject to punishment.
13. Those of us here at RK@KK are NASCAR fans. We all have favorite drivers other than Kasey Kahne. We expect that when discussion of other drivers occurs in the appropriate forums, that members will respect other members’ opinions. We understand that things happen, especially during the course of a race. Tempers raise, passion comes to the forefront, and things get said (i.e. driver x is stupid for taking driver Y out). Please remember to respect other's opinions and their drivers. We create race day threads where all race discussion should be kept. If, for example, driver x does something stupid, please only mention this once. We do not need to be bashed over the head with this topic. Any discussion of other drivers in a disparaging manor (i.e. Driver K should die, Driver K needs a bat taken to more than his car) will be brought to the attention of the Mods/Admins of this board and will be subject to punishment. Again, if there are any disagreements in any race day thread, or any thread on this board, please seek the Mediation Team immediately to try and resolve any situation before it gets out of hand.
14. If you are found in violation of the rules of this board. You will face consequences. The Mods/Admins of this board will administer the consequences. They hold final say in all matters. Failure to respect the mods/admins of this board will result in further consequences. We here at RK@KK would like to prevent members from being punished. We encourage members to seek a member of the Mediation Team should conflict arise. For situations that call for stronger measures punishment will be dealt swiftly and fairly by this boards Mods/Admins. Punishment will be as followed:
1st offence: Member found in offence by the Mod/Admin team will receive a warning. Note that in area under you name in a post, you will see a warning meter. This meter will reflect the level of which your violation history is at.
2nd offence: Any member found if offence of the rules for a second time would be temporarily banned for one week. Again, your warning meter will reflect this.
3rd offence: We truly hope that no member reaches this stage. Unfortunately, there are members who will not follow these guidelines. Should any member reach their third offence, that member will be permanently banned from this board. As stated before, banned members are not allowed to come back to this board and any member who willingly allows a banned member to use their log in will be punished for their actions as well.
A person going through the mediation will be given a chance to have their warning level decreased.
15. We have a chain of command please use this should any problems arise. Vigilantism is discouraged! We have constructed a team of Mediators to assist the Mod/Admin team. These Mediators have no powers, they are simply members of the board designated to assist other members when issues arise. Mediators then report any and all activity to the Mods/Admins. Mediators must comply with the rules of the board and are subject to the same consequences as other members. If you have a disagreement regarding another member, please detail the nature of your complaint, the location of the problem and the other members account name and report that information to the Mediation Team promptly. Any and all other problems should be addressed to either a moderator or an administrator of these forums.
16. The Creator, Administrators, and Moderators of these forums and invisionfree (or other host sites as appropriate) are NOT responsible for the contents of the individual forums or messages that are posted by members of these forums.

The mediation team and details of the mediation is something we are still working on a little bit, we hope to have the details all laid out in the next week. We also want all new members joining the board to give their input on who should be a part of the mediation team.
The most important thing we are trying to do is give everyone a clean slate and have everyone respect each other, we hope that all of you will agree to these rules and come join the board. If you have issues or concerns the mod/admin team will be happy to address them with you. We hope all of us can get back to what was so great about the board……cheering on Kasey and having fun!
As of now this board is basically closed, it will take me awhile to lock all the areas of the board so it will still be open, but I hope you all will join the new board. In the coming days areas of this board will be closed, but still available for you to view.
Here is the link to the new board, it will still be an approval type of board but everyone that signs up will be approved for right now. Later the approval process will allow us to keep out spammers and people who may be banned members trying to get in. We will try to approve all accounts quickly, but we may not be on to approve all accounts at all times so please be patient.
