Okay, I'm pissed.
Part of the reason we moved out of our freaking apartment complex into a house was because it was so fucking noisy. I don't even know how many noise complaints we made to the cops. One night, there was a fight in the parking lot at 3 am. Another night, somebody drove their car into our building. Yes. Into. The apartment below us. The girl that lived in the building facing ours had a freaking kegger every weekend. So, yes. Noisy. Obnoxious. Stupid. Unnecessary.
So we have a house now. In a quiet neighborhood. Except the people who live in the house 4 down from us.
Currently, our wind chill is 22 degrees. Yet they are OUTSIDE, around their stupidass firepit, drunkenly singing along like assholes to Pianoman and whatever else floats their fuckface boats.
It's 12:15. I came home sick from work. I need as much sleep as I can possibly get.
And I can't, because of the giant assholes down the street.
The cops have been called.
Fuck. Them. (The people down the street. Not the cops.)

Lys, if you're on I-40 this weekend, keep an eye out for haulers. They were heading out of Charlotte tonight for Vegas. :)

I know how it goes too...
Even the driving into the building part, although that didn't happen to me... Rather a drunk driver that side swiped me drove into someone's apartment building and I had to help identify the dumbass's truck.
Here's hoping the cops shut them up and you get some sleep.
