This might so stupid, but right now I dont care.

I order from the Internet atleast once a year, unless I really need something.

I got 2 gift cards from Best Buy for Christmas and this week I used them to order DVDs online. (DVD's that not in any stores around this area)

I ordered 9 DVD's 3 different times. I got 2 emails saying they have been shipped out.

The last time i ordered something was Wednesday night, and I still haven't received an email saying its been shipped out.

Did I do something wrong or what?

I mean what do i do?

At Bestbuy.com there should be an area that says Order History click that link and when you get there clikc on the order number and it should give you an option of something like "order status" or "shipping status". I hope this helps you I know how frustrating it is to shop online then not know when its being shipped or where its at. lol :)

I just check the order status and it says on the Receipt that it has been shipped out.
