TNT airing Parsons tribute
SCENEDAILY - 12:31PM ET
WEDNESDAY JANUARY 17, 2007 -
TNT will carry a special tribute to former NASCAR Cup champion and TV analyst Benny Parsons during the network's "NBA Tip-Off Show" on Thursday.
The tribute, which will air during the pregame show preceding the network's NBA doubleheader, was written by and will be read by Parson's colleague, Bill Weber.
Coverage begins Thursday night at 7 EST on TNT.
