Thank you! This year's no fun though...last year was 21 and it was such a big deal. Now this year I'm going to be Christmas shopping and not really doin anything..so it's just kinda like...yuck I'm a year older. lol But thank you very much!

Apparently you live on the west coast..cuz it's been my birthday here for an hr & half lmao.
I'm totally havin a "quarter-life crisis" here lmao. I've warned my family already that when I hit 30 I'm taking the entire month of December off and locking myself in my home w/ a large supply of alcohol...and maybe I'll come out after New Years! lol

Lol yep. I've been complaining for months about how "old" I am to my family and they just roll their eyes.
I asked my older brother the other day what he got me for my birthday & he said he didn't realize I had a birthday coming up...and I said he wouldn't miss an opportunity to remind me how old I am...then my mom made a good point..even though I'm "getting old" I still have 1 advantage over him...I'm not losing my hair!! lol he didn't appreciate that joke much.

Wow enjoy the last three months..they'll go faster than you expect. I still can't believe this year is over with...it went way too fast.
Since you're the oldest I'm sure you're not going to have this problem anytime soon..but I also have a nephew who just turned 3 who was born a few months after I graduated high school and now my sister in law is pregnant again and due in April...so that doesn't help the whole feeling old issue. I love being an aunt and my nephew is so much fun..but it doesn't make me feel any younger. lol

LOL Yeah, I won't have that problem any time soon. In fact, I should be the first to give my parents grandchildren. Should. That doesn't mean it will happen that way, though. I'm in no hurry to be responsible for another human being.

Yeah I can see your point there...I really want kids some day....but after one over-night visit with my nephew and I'm pulling my hair out and swearing off children forever! I told my sis-in-law that I'll take my nephew periodically when the baby comes so she doesn't have both of them all the time because Michael is a handful by himself. The first time I try keeping both of them could be interesting...

I babysit lots of kids in my area, but it's always a relief to give them back to their parents at the end of the evening. I love 'em but I'm not ready at all.

Yeah...sending them home is so much fun...especially when they haven't had a nap or have had sugar or pop all day....not that I would do that....I love being an aunt.

I have to say though..I have 2 hours left and I'm kinda excited to see this one go lol. My plans to sleep in were wrecked when my mom called this morning at 9am (I stayed up til 4am this morning...) and then my "birthday breakfast" turned into lunch and then I spent most of the day trying to figure out what to get for last minute presents for a few people and shopping with my parents which is always a disaster. lol Right now...1 hour, 55 minutes! lol
