AS a Yankee Hater... I do not like this move! Apparently Mr. Steinbrener still hasn't learned that $$ doesn't by championships... but eh.
As a fan of Andy Pettitte... I think it might be a good move for him... especially since he's getting close to the end of his time as a starting pitcher... and I know how important the Yankees are to him.
As a Mariners Fan... I really hope that at some point in the near future we fire our GM and find someone who actually knows what he is doing... and what "talent" is... cause our current GM is clueless... and the fact that he used to GM for the Angels and then he left them and they won a world series... I'm thinking we should see if history repeats it's self!
