I'm not sure I love it. It appears to be unfinished -- I don't think there's a 9 on top of the car. But... it's a lot of white.

And the car is curvier -- new nose! I like the car's shape. :)

Hehe. Someone anonymously sent the ones Jacob posted on Klub Kahne. That's the Daytona car, which is slightly different than the downforce tracks and the short tracks but still the car is a lot better looking methinks as far as the shape. I'm not so sure though about the nose and debris just yet...to me it seems that one will be worse than the current model.

i like it, well the bass color scheme, but the front hood irks me...like some black can be added or something, just seems too plain to me with red on white (though white on red seems more full, but then again red is a dominant color)

so yeah lol newhoo can't wait to see what else if anything they do it.

I definitely liked '06's regular scheme better, to be honest.

Kim, I have to agree with you. It's the hood that kills it for me. It's very meh.

And Lena, '06 was great... why'd they have to go and change it?

I'm not crazy about the hood either but I'm ok with everything else. I still wanna see some racing stripes on there for the basic all season car because I really liked those pit cap schemes. I thought they looked nice and had a special meaning behind them with all his fans and all. But eh, thats just my opinion.

A year ago, when the 2006 paint scheme was announced, almost everyone disliked it initially. It will take some time to get familiarized with the 2007 scheme, but I think that I'll eventually like it better than 2006's.

The 19 looks great, too.

I love it actually, I think the paintscheme looks really cool and I love ESad's being the exact opposite.

they change them up a lot so they can make more diecast.........if they don't make major changes then the # of diecasts they can make and actually sell is down cause only the diehards are going to buy it if it looks almost identical to the previous years(ie, they have made less and less of Jr's reg paintscheme the past couple of years cause they never change the paintscheme) but if they make a lot of changes then more people will want it.

he's had 5 come out just since I saw him in October at the picnic........so I'm already 5 cars behind on autographs and there are still more 06 cars that haven't come out yet and then we'll start on 07

The only thing that I see that is missing is the big VitaminWater Bottle on the back. It's not as bad as I first thought.

I don't do well with change so I didn't like it at first. But it's growing on me.
