yes i have been wondering the same since i recieved the NASCAR SCENE that the orginal oad was in.... it is only opened to NC, GA, SC, FL, & TN and i live in GA and in the town i live in we have 5 Dollar Gen. and none of them have the entry forms..i am pissed

it was funny cause there was a smaller version hanging by the soaps well i said to my dad what i wouldnt give to rip that off and he pointed to a whole stack of them by the register well i took 4 lol
