I just wanted to make sure that everone saw this

We are going to Donate money to the Kasey Kahne foundation for Kids in honor of Kasey' s 26th B-day on April 10th.

Okay, so I will start working on this. Everyone can send me there checks made out to the Kasey Kahne Foundation for Kids.

I would like to give Kasey a B-day card with the ckecks so, if when people send me there checks, Everyone can include a message for Kasey and I will make a card and put those messages in it.

I will send everyone a receipt showing that I received your check. I guess I really don't mind posting my address here, cause I know we are all wonderful Kasey Kahne fans. So here it is and if anyone has anyquestions just e-mail me.

I have not set a dead line, but I guess that I should. If everyone could send me the checks by the end of March. Then I can heve everything ready before April 5th when I leave for Texas.

If everyone the is going to send a check to me give me your e-mail address and I will keep everyone updated. I will make spreadsheet to keep a total (accounting assistant here, so everythig involves a spreadsheet).

I am so excited, I can't wait until I get the first check.

So I e-mail Shanon at the foundation and she sent the e-mail to Kasey manager, so I am working on giving the checks to Kasey at Texas. Is anyone else going to Texas?

Shanon thought that this was a great idea and said that Kasey had the best fans.

This paycheck I don't have too many expenses so I'll probably be able to do it this week

Texas is April... damn I know it is right after Kasey's actual birthday.... :)

The Texas Race is April 9th that day before Kasey's B-day. I just need the checks by the end of the Month, to get everyting ready. Cause I will leave for Texas the weekend before the race and be there all week.

So everyone start mailing them to me and i will start making the card.

Sorry I was a little off on when the TX race was..... I was at it last year and I was trying to remember exact dates..... :)

$450.00 as of right now. I am leaving for Texas
Thursday morning. I have not finished making the card
yet but I will finish the card today. So if you have

the card. I am going to mail all of the checks to
Shanon at the foundation when I get back from Texas.

However, I am going to try to find a way to give Kasey

Hi, everyone sorry it took so long to post I have been so busy. My Dad was in the hospital for a week and that put me behind.

I was able to give Kasey his card at the Texas race. He was very happy to get it. He even told us all Thank you during his interview after getting the pole. Did anyone see it?

I did receive over $550.00 to give him. I am mailing the Checks to Shanon this week.

I will post my pictures as soon as i get a chance.

Also I am going to try to send everyone a copy of the card that sent a check, but I am going to talk to Shanon about it first to see what Kind of think you she sends. I don't really think that anyone can use this as a tax deduction, at least on the foundation it says that they send something for taxes if you donate over $250.00. But if anyone needs some type of invoice I will make one for you, just let me know.

If you send me a check e-mail me with your name.
I have a list of everyone that sent me checks, so I just want to make sure that I got them all.

Thanks again Kelli and to everyone that made a donation. That's an awesome amount and that's the best thing we could have done for Kasey in recognition of his birthday. I sent you an email as requested with my name and address. A pic of the card would be very nice as well as a receipt mailed if possible as any donation to a charitable organization should tax deductible regardless of the amount. Yea it was nice to hear the sincere Thanks that Kasey gave his fan club members on the air after he won the pole. After he mentioned our donations that he rec'd, he said, "It's pretty cool to have fans that would do something like that".

We really appreciate you getting the card to him before his birthday and also I hope your dad is ok.
