Akins and Braun to Merge: Todd Braun and Doug Stringer, owners of Braun Racing and Akins Motorsports respectively, are proud to announce a merger of their two teams, forming Braun-Akins Racing. Braun-Akins Racing intends on fielding two NASCAR Busch Series entries for the 2006 season with drivers, Jason Leffler and AJ Foyt IV. (Braun-Akins Racing PR)(2-8-2006)

Doug was complaining cause Tyler was a bad driver... now they have Jason on that team? What's wrong with that picture?

I don't like Jason at all...... and Tyler...... not a fan either...... and so this means Jason and AJ on nbs 24/7...... I don't know if I wanna watch it now...... That is all.....

This should be interesting to see the results...
Maybe they both learned something from competing against multi-car teams. Hopefully it works out for the best. The Foyt family has a history of being victorious.
