I think Hell is freezing over since Chicago is having/had more than one winning team this year. That's all I can say.

*goes to find her 1986 cassette of "Superbowl Shuffle" featuring The Fridge, Jim McMahon, and Mike Singletary*

BlondeyGirl - January 1, 2006 09:10 PM (GMT)
Since the Rams choked and won't be in it this year. I'm rooting for New England. Tom is an amazing QB.

Although they just lost by two points. :(

Lisa - January 1, 2006 09:12 PM (GMT)
New England - good team, but they're one I'm tiring of seeing win. Sorry Miss Katie who is freezing her arse off sitting at the Pats game. teehee.

Jen - January 1, 2006 10:11 PM (GMT)
Ughhhh. Chiefs could've made it if the Lions hadn't lost. We had to beat the Bengals (which we did.. 30-3 :nan2 ) and then the Lions had to win against the Steelers. hahaha. Funny, eh?

Oh well. If we didn't make it in ourselves, we probably didn't deserve it. Vermiel is gone. Next year should be better.

You really expected the Lions to win? LOL I'm a Lions fan, and I wasn't counting on them winning...hell, they won last week, what more do ya want LMAO

I was cheering for my old team, KC. But alas, the Steelers won.

Then they switched to the Miami game, and damn if I didn't fall asleep.

I need a team to cheer for next year LOL

Panthers played good, but Atlanta played like crap & to many injuries for Atlanta to play it close.

Next week will be a hard game to win for Carolina. We need to pl;ay our A Game

JanvierFireChick43-2 - January 2, 2006 12:32 AM (GMT)

Go Seahawks! These poor 'Hawks haven't won a playoff game since---get this---1984....yup, 21 years :o

This is the year though! Home field advantage throughout, balanced offensive attack, best O-line, good rush defense, not so good pass defense, but we have tons of injuries in the secondary right now & they all should be back by the playoffs healthy. Special teams could use some work, but with that offense, it's going to be fun in the playoffs this year in the PNW...hopefully :hehe

Qwest Field will be rockin', & my brother's co-workers are season ticket holders that get first dibs for tickets throughout the playoffs, he can reserve 10, so my brother may go, & he said, if I pay of course, he may take me! Whoo hoo, that would be awesome.

Oh, & my boy Shaun Alexander (M--cough V-cough P--cough!!!) got the rushing title today & set an NFL record for most TD's in a season---28! Whoo Hoo! :nanahump

caseymears41 - January 2, 2006 08:04 AM (GMT)
Go Bears!!!!! I think that this is a sign the world is ending. Now if the Bears win the Superbowl we're all in trouble.

at gillette we only got the chance to get our tickets as almost all of the stadium seats are held by season ticket holders :( the six of us that have seats become very popular this time of year...lol..i am not know to miss many
