If you're using a picture, the picture may be too big and would need to be resized.

Your signature picture is 320x240. The maximum size allowed here is 500x200. Try reducing your picture so both numbers are below the maximum requirements and see if that fixes your problem. If you need help reducing your picture, feel free to PM me or another moderator.
