I have updated the layout of the rules to this forum and here I will try to explain it better. So here it goes:

Topics may be deleted, closed, and/or edited if any of the following rules are violated. That pretty much explains itself.

The user will be warned, and could be restricted to a certain amount of days, or banned if the following rules are violated. What this means is if a member breaks a forum rule you WILL be warned about which rule it is. Thats fair. Depending on the extent of the breaking of the rule a member will recive the corrent punishment even if the member has to be banned. Restriction means that a member can be restristed from the forum for hours, days, weeks, or even years depending on the extent of the rule breakage.

If a member is warned this member will know by forum pm's in the inbox (which can be found next to "My Controls". The moderator or admin will PM the member and let him or her know about the rule(s) they have broke.

A warned member will stay on watch for a month. Another word for watch is probation.

If the member breaks the same rule twice in 30 days the member will then be either restricted to a certain amount of days, or banned. Don't want to try either.

If a member is restricted to a certin amount of days that member will be put on watch for 3 months when the member returns. If the member wishes to return to the forum after the restriction that member will be on "probation" for 3 months (90 days).

If the member breaks the same rule within the 3 month watch that member will be banned. Simple. If you break a diffrent rule then reread all what I have posted.

FORUM RULES:

1. No bashing (talking trash/putting down) other members. This will not be allowed.

2. No "harsh" bashing (talking trash/putting down) other drivers. Some may be allowed, but do not get carried away.

3. You are allowed to state your own opinions. But be respectful of others' opinions, even if you do not agree.

4. If you have a problem with a rule or with another member, please e-mail David at raizingkahne@hotmail.com or Christy at DreamerCas34@hotmail.com

5. No "harsh" (very vulgar/offending) language.

6. No sexual references in User IDs or signatures.

7. Please keep signatures to a reasonable size. No larger than a 600x300. You may choose 1 (600x300) or 2-3 banner sige images.

8. Folks we have different forums to post in. We ask that you please add your post in the right forum or the post will be moved to the right place or deleted off the forum.

* Remember these rules are set to build a great family forum
for the fans of Kasey Kahne.

So far this board has been pretty good about things and David and I want to keep it that way......we love all you that post here(remember we are one big family) but yea y'all know as boards go you got to have rules.
