Katy I love your layout on your site. I have been trying to get a banner made for it. Do i need to upgrade it to premium for that though?

Nope, where you make the headline for your page, change it from custom header or whatever, and upload it to Photobucket or something of the like, and put the link that has the <> on the outside of it in there.
