Walker on the hot seat? With raised speculation in recent weeks regarding driver Tyler Walker's status, #38 car owner Doug Stringer said on Friday in Michigan that nothing has changed from the beginning of the year. "Kasey and Tyler are the drivers," he said and that "Every week is an evaluation." Yet Stringer also went on to say that the lack of performance and the team's sour position in the standings is unsettling and added that a decision regarding the team's future will be made "within the next 48 hours."(BGNRacing.com)(8-20-2005)
Honestly that isn't a huge suprise though.

It really doesn't surprise me either. It sucks for Tyler though. I don't think we have been able to see all that Tyler has because the 38 equipment really isn't that good.

Doug is an idiot if he does.......but then again I've never personally liked the guy so I already think he's an idiot.
But here is my deal........Doug needs to go back and look at Kasey's stats from when he was the in the 98 car, then look at his stats after he got in a better car and got some experience.....big difference. Give Tyler a chance and right now that 38 team ain't on top of its game and I'm not really sure why.....
