reliable free web hosts around. Just post a new one, and I'll edit this post and put yours in.
By reliable, I mean the servers are just about always up (and fast), easy to get customer support, no ads, and at least 200MB of storage and 2GB of bandwidth.

So, here's the list so far:
110MB - 5GB Storage space, 300GB Bandwidth
PROS: Easy site builder, can host 1 domain, site stats, PHP, FTP access, decompress .zip folders on server, SSI
CONS: 6MB file size limit, I haven't tested it yet, so the servers could be bad. Or, they could be great.

AwardSpace - 200MB Storage space, 5GB Bandwidth
PROS: Can host 2 domains, PHP, Perl, CGI-BIN, 1 MySQL Database, FTP Access, 5 e-mail accounts
CONS: Limited storage space, can only have one account per sign-up e-mail address

FreeHostia - 250MB Storage space, 5GB Bandwidth
PROS: 3 e-mail accounts, 1 MySQL database, PHP, FTP, Perl, SSI, SSL, up to 10 subdomains
CONS: Somewhat limited storage space, 500KB file size limit

PROS: Can host 2 domains, 1 MySQL Database, 5 e-mail accounts, FTP access, PHP, Perl
CONS: Somewhat small amount of storage space

CONS: I haven't tested it yet, so the servers could be bad. Or, they could be great.

PROS: ASP, SSI, you can compress and extract .zip files right on the server, Microsoft Access Databases, WYSIWYG Editor
CONS: No PHP, No FTP, doesn't allow you to use your own domain
