This is not actually the "hardest puzzel evar". It is very simple and easy to solve. All you did was compress a .txt into a .rar, then used Command Prompt to copy the .rar with a .jpg. All I had to do was open the picture in WinRAR and I saw the puzzle.txt, which says this

And you did by no means invent this technique. If you do a simple google search for hide jpg rar then you will find the website that tells you how.

Yay I found another way to get the answer. I right-clicked on the image, clicked on View Image, then when the image loaded I right-clicked and chose View Page Source. I scrolled down to the bottom, and I saw the text from puzzle.txt!
