Great news for BF fans :D

The Beeb has asked BF to do 6 NEW 8th Doctor plays for broadcast over Christmas on BBC 7.

Starting with Blood of the Daleks, Horror of Glam Rock, Immortal Beloved, Phobos, No more lies and ending with the Cybermen in Human Resources.

Featuring a new companion Lucie Miller (a brash northern lass) played by Sheridan Smith.

The series boast an impressive line up of guest starts, for full details you need DWM No 374

Then later in 2007 they will be released as cd's, with each disc featuring behind the scenes and star interviews, including a full interview with Paul :D

I agree it is great news shows what a good job BF do for them to be given this :D

My big question is are they set before or after Storm Warning :lol:

I guess it'll be post Charley. I'd have liked to complete the Charley stories though, but I guess that the BBC have seized the initiative and commissioned stories specially for BBC7 to attract listeners to the channel. I wonder how well advertised it'll be.

Well this why I am confused, BF said a while ago that they would be doing plays after Charley, but are these the plays they are on about or are they copywrite BBC as they commisioned them and are different play all together :D
