I picked up a Hobbico digital voltmeter, but it appears to have issues. It's getting power from the 9V battery as the panel does turn on. However it won't read a battery pack no matter what I try. I've verified the leads are good by testing on another voltmeter as well as different leads, but something has to be messed up. Being that I know very little about electronics, I'm just not seeing it. I thought maybe the connections for the banana plug jacks were messed up, but I try connecting the leads straight to the circuit board where those tie in and still nothing. From what I can see on the board nothing appears to be burned up or anything like that.

Not too big a deal as it's only a $20 or so deal, but I figured I might as well ask for ideas before I give up. Or if one of you electronics gurus want to take a look I'll go for that too. :D
