Fellow ACMA members,

This past week I found the Irvington Field gate improperly locked on two different days.
Our club lock was bypassing the Alabama Power Company lock.The gate could not have been opened with the AL Power lock if they had to get in field. They would have cut some chain and or locks to get in if they had to and this really makes a mess of things.

Please Please pay attention when you lock the field gate. Don't just pull the chain together and snap our club lock on just anywhere.
Please lock it so that any of the three locks on the chain will be able to unlock gate.
Don't leave a lock out of the loop.
The county has a lock as well as AL Power and our ACMA club lock.

Look, Think twice before locking. I know I have to sometimes in order to get it right.
Yall know how hacked off we get on the past ocassion when our lock was left out of loop by one of the other fellows' lock.
I know we are smarter than the average dump truck drive and can do better.
Ooops, maybe we have a dump truck driver in the club. ;) Jking, I like all dump truck drivers.

While I got yall here, a little more attention to putting your trash in one of the barrels and putting chairs back in pavillion would be appreciated.
