Hi Alan,
I see that your site is still hosted by freewebs.com.
They will have a guestbook available for you to add to your site.
Back when I set up a test site there, the site had to be activated for about a week I think, before the guestbook could be setup and used.
Keep checking in your freewebs site admin area for the link to how/where to make your guestbook and put it on your site.
