ACMA's "J-3 Cub Fly-In" was stormed out last Saturday.
It is rescheduled for this Saturday, June 18, 2005.
Details for event can be found in forum calendar.
This is great!!
Looking farward to the "Confond The Cub Pilot" event. :newstuff:
I was fortuniate enough to be at Irvington Field this past Sunday to see some of the fellows praticeing for this event.
The best I could tell, five or six pilots get their Cubs airborne, then one of them crashes and all the pilots continue to seemingly keep flying.
We have to guess who's Cub had crashed.
I know the trick. If a plane goes down, all pilots continue to fly whichever one is closest to the ground. That way all of them will stay airborne and no will ever notice who's went down.
Now Now Leroy, take it easy on the Cub guys. ;)
Wait till you see "Cub Combat" and "J-3 Pylon Raceing". :boxers:
Saturday will be an interesting day as promised by the Cub guys.
ARG!! :pirate:
