Guys

I'm thinking I could get lots more practice at night or in bad weather using a Flight Sim. Does anyone have a suggestion on which one to buy. I would like something with a heli close to the Raptor 30.

I have never had a flight simulator myself, but have heard that the "Great Planes" one is good. Looked one over at hobby shop and seems the action will be very realistic. :yes:

Only thing is that the very latest version does not have helicopters on it yet.
They will have a free update in the Spring for adding all sorts of choppers to it.

The previous versions do have helicopters.

Other simulators with helicopters out there and I hope some people familar with simulators will soon check in with advice.

OBTW - That sure is a nice custom Avatar you have there. :)

The now do have the heli update out you can download it for the G3 that is what i fly with. It is worth getting. Also one to look at is "areo fly" it is very good also.

I would love to take a look at that sim one day if you don't mind. Most of them are $200.00 or better so I'd like to get the best one.
