Has anyone ever changed the bearings in a Saito 72 4 cycle?
Is it much of a job?? It would cost around $60.00 bucks for shiping, labor and parts,to send it to horizon.
This is what I think of Saito :toiletpaper:
My 56 has been to them twice. And now the 72
I am glad I got a O.S. for my Texan :)

Thanks Andy :) Ok I will take you up on the offer :D I will look in my parts book to see what other stuff like gaskets,O-Rings, it may need and get them on order.
If you ever get a Tractor Trailer Rig with a Detroit or Cummins diesel in it, I can help you out.
Don
HI, If you are having this much touble with Saitos something is wrong. Saitos are the most reliable engine out there.
Hi Buzz,
I thought that thay were reliable to. BUT  I had to send the 56 in four times for repair.Thay gave me a new one.It is still in the box, I don't think that I will use it  I have just ordered ceramic bearings for the 72.
I use COOL-POWER 15% fuel, and I put after run oil in all my engines after each days use.
Three, O.S. 46 Two Stroke. No Proublem
Two, O.S. 70 Four Stroke. No Proublem
One, Evolution 46 Two Stroke. Carb and Berg replace once
One Saito 52 Four stroke. Berg three times. Broken valves once
One,Saito 100 Four Stroke No Proublem
The Saito 100 is runing fine, and to be fair, I think it is a good motor.
But I will not buy another Saito. I just  O.S.
