He asked me to fly the Combat Glider. He shouldn't have...
I only had about 10 minute before I had to leave, so I had just enough time to fly it. But I shouldn't have...


And I did fly it ... for about a minute ... enough to trim it out. And it flew okay.
But then outside forces took over and I almost put it in ("Fritsed it", as some of you would quickly shout out... <_< )
But I recovered it, sorta kinda, but it just didn't act the same any more! :yickes:
It spiraled in close to the big power lines.

I had to leave, so I shouted "Hate to crash and run, Robert, but..." and I drove off, as Robert and Roger G. walked out to the crash site...

David L. and Dean were there with their big cameras... Maybe they have more pictures...

:bigplane: The combat glider is fine. It had a broke prop.Might have been a bad reciever or a little tail heavy. It should be ready to go again Sat., If the weather holds.

I did get it trimmed and it appeared to fly fine, even hands off ....... until... :yickes:

It did not appear to be tail-heavy. I know that's unusual for your planes... :lol:

Thanks for the really big giant sized nice pictures.
That one of the hand launch was almost worth the five minute wait for it to down load for me.
But, I understand that you guys with the real big over sized cameras and fancy broadband internet probably suffer from "SPS" and have to compensate with big picture presentations. haha :roflmao:
