It's a stick built Tiger 60 that he had stored away and decided to build after I
pestered him into getting back into RC.
He didn't even have to trim it...It was impressive. Yes, and it fly's as good as it looks. Good Job Don!!!

Billy, (don't know his last name) came out and flew an electric ME109
and had a bit of bad luck. :yickes: It looked like it could be repaired.

There was one other person who flew, sorry but I didn't get his name.

Russel came by for just a second on his way to the monthly club meeting I think and CrashKit stopped by to water the grass and pass time with us.

I for once can say that I didn't have a plastic bag of pieces to take home! I flew the Kaos 60 and, if a plane has nine lives like a cat, then my Staudacher 300 is down to 8.

You wouldn't believe the story if I told you.

Let me just say I was there and the story on his Staudacher is pretty amazing. During one of his flights propbuster announced that his throttle was stuck in the wide-A$$-open position and it was doing just that. He stuck it out and after a good bit of up-elevator from Jeff Lee finally smoked a dead stick landing. Further investigation revealed that the 4 stroke in his plane was being held in by the throttle cable and the cowling. Not one screw was left inside. We found a piece of the plane in the field that answered our question. The motor mount support on this plane he had just bought from  one of his buddy's had completely come loose, ejecting itself from the engine. Kudos to PROPBUSTER for saving the plane and making a smoking landing under tough conditions.
