Yes we were!!! It happened right in front of us! It was one of the coolest crashes I have ever seen. SK got it on video. I hate that it happened but it was Soooo cool. The Mig was flying in the standard pattern and the foamy BAE was coming in the opposite direction and got sucked into the intakes and shot out the tail in a million pieces of foam. The Mig then flamed out and made a HARD landing over on the main runway. Damage was extensive. Rob and Bill made a bid on the remains. We may get to see the Mig once again, if they get it.

They didn't get the one in the pic (that was wrecked) but they did pick up another one from what I understand + it's a 1 of a kind (very limited production mig)
