Santa Claus sues Alvin for flight injuries!
On Christmas Eve Alvin was flying his new model plane around 10 pm
not knowing that st Nick was out delivering gifts at that time
then Alvin's plane hit Santa's sliegh a large spark shot out and than the sliegh was in flames.
Alvin than ran and hide in the house knowing that he was in serious trouble
Santa crashed laned in Alvin's RC feild the was totaled and the reindeers was seriously hurt which making 1 tick off santa
Santa words were
DAM IT! Who shot me down!
all my christmas gifts are destoryed and now Christmas will be conceled
and my reindeers are injuried besides me OOOOOWWWW!
and now the gang will not get thier new RC planes
and helis :plane_crash: :redheli:
BIG lawsuit on Alvin will be in court after newyears day
and so will very angry buddies of Alvin
and one of the reindeer ran off in the RC feild knocking off the rc tables
Santa saw Alvin moving in bedroom window and started after him
The Vet cost will be over $12,000000 this mean Alvin will loose his flight feild
which making his friend and buddies very tick off more than ever..

Santa's Insurance took a picture of the his totaled sleigh
as you can see how much damage was done, the damages was $2300
plus bodly injuries.
Santa was thrown from his sleigh about 5 feet from the RC feild
Santa laying on the road hurting and the christmas gift scatterd over the road
some RC model plane and RC model helis was damaged.
Mean while Alvin was arrested for interfearing with Christmas

Reports say that Santa went back to the north pole but we have a picture of him
from last summer of Santa treasure hunting on beach.

At 11:00 am Alvin was found at the local hobby shop trying to buy replacment
RC model planes, he buyed $10.000 worth
but thier were all ARFS, At 12:00 noon Flying dutchman was sighted at the Rc flight club getting some pratice in before flight time at the RC simlator
he had 23 successful simlated flights , 3:00 pm, Mike was caught and arrested
at the local small airport he was trying hijack a Piper Arrow
