Title: R/C Combat
Description: 12-16-07

Don Koval - December 18, 2007 01:21 AM (GMT)
I got to the field at 12;00 Noon, and the only person there was Justin. We both said at the same time. Where is everyone? Maby it's not going to be much of a combat day? But then Mark Krumpler pulled in, and Frits shortly there after  Then a little after 1:00, the rest of the folks started to arive.

Oh!! Did I mention that it's COLD (about 53) and WINDY (about 20 and gusty)

I had 11 Pilots sign up :) This is going to be a good one

Justin Peacock, Mark Krumpler, Frits Jetten, Robert Sanderson, Johnny Turner, Tony Farmer, Jeff Lee, Rob Baker, Mike Callen, Mike McLaughlin, Andrew Smith.

I thought I heard some chit-chat about "TAKING JUSTIN OUT" :o You see, he has won the last two events  And it is true that planes were falling from the sky like flies :yickes: But It seams that Justin was the fly swatter :o
Wiyh 11 planes in the air there was a lot of action.

In the first round Mark got taken out, I forgot who got him. Then in the second round Andrew and Mike Callen midaired. In the Third round Justin hit Robert twice, along with Rob, Johnny, and Tony. In all, Justin survived 5 midair hits.

Did I mention it's COLD and Windy :(

Thanks to all the pilots and spotters this was a GREAT Combat

Congraulations to Justin Peacock, December 2007 Combat Champ

Next Combat Jan 20, 2008..............

You guys are so hot and heavy with combat action I am going to start to use my little Sony (M-430 Microcassette-Corder) to help me to remember what all went on

 That's great, maybe you should have a couple people to do "play by play" with "color comintary" or something. :D I could do it ,But I'll be flying my specially designed :penguin: J. P. Elimator. :penguin: It' s a twin .32 coraplast ( Hopefully one engine will still be running after impact.) :yickes: YES, combat has now become a contact sport.
