Title: Billy's F-16
Description: My new F-16
Billyfrost - October 1, 2007 06:56 PM (GMT)
I was out at the field last weekend and was catching some grief, from certain Forum administrator's, about lack of posts on the scale forum. So, I will post some updates on my new project. It is done in the Edwards AFB scheme.

My F-16 has been at a standstill due to other obligations. Now that Mardi Gras is over I will be able to get back to it. I will post updates as I go.

Is it going to fly at the scale fly-in? :hyper:
Billyfrost - April 17, 2008 01:38 PM (GMT)
I have had to pull the fan and motor three times already due to various reasons (mostly my fault). I have had to fix everything I have installed at least twice! To answer your question, it is ready to fly now, if I don't have to fix anything else. I still have to do some high amp runs to make sure nothing comes apart. This plane uses a 1.5 wind motor on 30 volts at about 79 amps.
