Description: Wed. at the field

Went to the field today and met Robert S. there. We went over the new project and he gave me all the goodys to build it! :spin:
He was working on the Triple Beast. :yickes:
I got in a flight to adjust the throw on the elevators for the elevons on the Nextar.
They seeemed to work good but needed some fine tuning and Robert had to go so I cleaned up and done some weedeating and watering the grass that looks burnt. :crying:
Just as I ran out of string and almost finished another member showed up!
Can't remember his name but he drove a red minivan. He said he was going to be a while so I, once again, unloaded to do some more fine tuning on the flaperons! ;)
The engine on his plane wouldn't run properly so I tried to help him with it but it seemed like the engine problems was set in for the day (new engine too!).
During the fine tuning process the wind flipped the Nextar and broke the prop.
:hmm:
The other member was nice enough to give me one of his spares. :D
The day was cut short for him and I just finished doing all the fine tuning on the Nextar so I turned off the water and the fan, loaded up and headed home! :bigplane:

I got there around six or so and Russell was there and was watering grass.
We watered grass till about sunset and then left.
I saw some of Johnny's weedeating work, looked good.

The timer should be cutting of the sprinkler just about any time now.
Another section of the new grass east of runway might make it another few days if no rain.
Yawl ever notice on the weather radar about this time of night, there is usually a little light green patch over just about where our field is located.
Must be picking up the moisture rising into the air from latest sprinkleing.
