I recon that is about as close as anyone likely to get.
David Lanzo, Richard Smith, and Tony Farmer at old GCRC flying site on Deakle Road a few miles South of Irvington Field, picture taken late 1980s.
The Chipmunk plane is Tony's and Richard did test flight with results shown in second picture. Did not see Tony again for about 18 years.
Here are couple more pictures of Tony with another plane and after winning a car race.
He could have been big time NASCAR if he had continued on, I am confident. :steeringwheel: :checkerflag:
