:yickes: TRIPLE BEAST CRASH :yickes: The Wing (all 12 ft. of it.) is fine. :dance: :banana: The offical NTSB ( RC Divison) report stated that the :yickes: TRIPLE BEAST :yickes: was tail heavy! Even with the 2oz weight added to the nose. The TRIPLE BEAST ( Tail heavy & underpowered ) was able to fly at the start due to the skills of the test pilot. Upon reaching the Northeast part of the field ( that is the far East corner of the Irvington Triangle ) The TRIPLE BEAST lost its nose weight. Even thought it was expertly installed with some of Billy Frost's High grade,extra fiber glass, super strong strapping tape. Upon losing the extra nose weight the TRIPLE BEAST became to TAIL HEAVY to fly. It went into a tail heavy stall, after losing some altitude, the test pilot was able to recoverbut it immediately re-enterd another tail heavy stall and hit the ground. NO pilot error was found.
