I am looking at a 40 size cessna that is a low wing with trike landing gear and a high wing with trike landing gear(both from Hanger 9) and a high wing tail dragger(piper club) and a low wing tail dragger(from World Models). What is the flight charactoristics of each plane? I'm keeping my trainer for a while longer but thinking of another plane. Someday I would to fly 3d,pattern and maybe pylon racing but these will have to wait until I get enough flying experience.

I like the trike gear low wing best.
They usually bounce higher upon impact and the spectators love it. ;) :lol: :P

If your going from a trainer, you probably should move to a 4Star40 or something like it first. Just my nickles worth from experience.
