Our 2nd ACMA/ACMA Jamboree Fly-in will be at Irvington Field June 2 & 3.
I'm the Event Coordinator.
If you are an ACMA club member, please volunter you help.

There is a nice ad on page 108 in AMA's much-maligned Model Aviation magazine, just one of the myriads of services they provide to aviation hobbyists...
This ad shows the locations and dates of the other three 2007 Jamborees.

Just got home and unloaded.Man what can I say.It was my first jamboree and
overall-I did enjoy it.You could not ask for better combat(especially first round).
The food was good and alot of people showed up and looks like to meit went swell.
I really enjoyed watching the kids and the candy drop(looks like mad bulls coming
out of a shoot).Cant wait till next one. :thumbup: kenny

Hey Frits,I was wondering,wasnt we (the jamboree)suppose to be in the july edition of Model Aviation?
I got mine in today and looked in our district,but,No show.I was just curious.kenny

You might see it in the August or September issue. They run about three months behind...........

Oh,ok.thanks Don.Man I was excited when I seen the magazine today.Like a kid in

In the world of magazines, you're lucky if things happen in less than three months... :lol:
Rest assured that I submitted plenty of Jamboree photos to our AMA Associate Vice President, Paul Verger, who was supposed to mail them, along with an article, to Tony Stillman, our illustruous AMA District 5 Vice President.
I did my part, Kenny... It's out of my hands... It's now up to somebody else...
Let's pray that it will all turn out okay... :rolleyes:

Now frits,look how long its taken me to build my little ole plane,this should tell you
that I aint nowhere near fast-In the real world,but,I do hope they do a good job.
I have confidence in them.I believe it will be AOK.Ps-I am working hard to be ready
